The Doc authorized my order too, but with no refills unitl I faxed records. He gave me the number to call him and a number to fax the records. I faxed the records but am wondering if you called the Doc at the number he gave?
How are your refills to be authorized? Did you get a reply that your records were received?
Thanks, Lilly

Hey Lilly99,
Did you try checking the Members section of the website? It should show you if you have refills available yet or not. That would be my best bet for you, until they send you an email, if they do that.
Hope that helps,

yep, I checked the members section after giving them a couple of days to get it on there. No new info there yet. I just know how faxes get "lost" and wondered if they let you know they receive them as a matter of course.

Lilly99,
Sorry I can't be of more help. I just really don't know because I faxed my records before the consult.
So on the website @ the members area it still shows no refills available at this time or something of that sort?
That's a bummer. Maybe you should fax them again, and send a cover page telling them politely that you would like confirmation via email once they've recieved them.
I don't know. I just hope this ends up working out for everyone here. Good luck to all of you.

The doctor did tell me that after I faxed my records and ID to send an email telling them and that then they would update to allow refills. I think this may take awhile for them to enter this information due to several details.
With the closing of several OP's in the last couple of weeks they probably got a great deal of new business and it will take them some time to clear the backlog of paperwork. In addition to the increased workload they will be paying attention to detail, accuracy, and compliance in this information so they don't meet the fate of the OP's that were closed.
I think I will be grateful they sent out the initial RX while the paperwork is being processed, in the future this may no longer be possible.
