Okay, totally paranoid question here, but I can't recall if there is a certain time of day that NWW emails you with a tracking number. I put in for my last refill yesterday, day 24. Today is day 25, which should mean it will go out today (for Saturday delivery). When do they normally send you the "Your prescription has been filled" notice? Just alittle nervous because it is going to be the weekend and if it doesn't go out today, it will be an ugly weekend for me. Thanks to anyone who helps the freak in CA!

Well, get this. After I got back this morning from dropping my son off at preschool, fed ex rolls up to my house with a package from St. Pete's. My refill was sent out yesterday, day 24, and arrived today, day 25. Very strange, but very welcome. And, what amazing timing. Since I was not expecting it, I was not planning to be around all morning. I had just run back home to get my other son's lunch before he went to kindergarten. Still no email from NWW or tracking number.

A little off-topic here, but does NWW now have the rule that they reqire records from the get-go? In the past I read on their site, they mention records or for your physician to sign a slip with info on it re: you condition and furthermore telling him you are using servies of an OP.
Then they outright ask on the form or the PA asks on phone "do you have medical records to document your medical problem?" yet they rarely ask for records, especially if you say yes.
Has this changed - does anyone know? Do they still do consults and send meds with no records? By comparison they (nww & stpetes) seemed to charge a bit more for everything combined probably because those without records need a place like NWW.

I placed my first order with NWW on 10/23 and the prescriptions were put on hold until I sent medical records.

Does anyone know another # for St. Peter's Apothecary besides the one on their website? I have called all morning and cannot get thru. Just want to make sure they received my refill after the holiday rush and everything. Plus there has been confusion I have read on some of the refills ordered on NWW website. Thanks for any input.

Just a tidbit of info for those of you who were told that St. Pete's was going to be open on Friday, 11/28 (which they were not) and did not receive meds on Saturday because of the closure:
NWW will be issuing free shipping on your next refill if you were supposed to get meds this weekend. You will still get charged for the Saturday delivery price this time though. Apparently NWW was told that the pharmacy would be open. So everybody be nice to them if you call today- they are not in control of the pharmacy.
**This is a general statement to all- not just to partymom, since it was her post I clicked on. (don't want you to think I am directing the "be nice to them" comment to just you!!)

Can anyone tell me how NWW lets you know if they received and accepted your records to authorize refills? I gave up on another OP who never sent my meds and called NWW. The Doctor sent the meds with no refills and I was to fax my records within the next two weeks for the 2 refills to be authorized. I wonder if they will e-mail that they received the fax.
Thanks, Lilly

They will. You can call them though if you have any questions. They are usually very helpful. Mindy is great but so are the rest of them. What other OP did you use that didn't respond?

I tried to use 1stmeds.com but never could get the telephone consult. Then I tried apainclinic.com, got the telephone consult on 11/20 but no meds were ever charged to my cc or sent to me, no replies to e-mails. At last, on 11/25 I had success with NWW. Third try charm I guess. Now the Dr. sent the meds and I was to fax the records to get refills. I am not due for one for a while so I will give them some time to get back to me.
