Does anyone know at least which pharmacy they use? I am hoping its not lakeridge because of all the bad comments about them and long wait times.

I personally have not received a consult from this OP, but I did email them the other night in regards to shipping to my state(which was not listed) I finally got an email back from them stating that they did not ship to my state at this time, but to check back with them in January that they would ship to all states by then. I'm hesitant in using an OP that takes a week to email me back a simple answer to a question. Like I've said before in regards to OPs,"If you can't answer questions in a timely manner before I give you my CC info, what makes me think that it will be any different once you've billed me" But, thats just my 2 cents worth.

Ok, I talked to customer service today and they told me that several orders will be going out today because they were closed for the holiday. They told me they are no longer using the Genrich pharmacy in arizona, but they are using 2 new ones. By the way, the customer service number is 602-952-8556. They also told me that tracking numbers would be shipped to your e-mail address by 7pm EST on the day your order ships.

Recieved this e-mail late this evening:

"We at the My Pain Meds wish to extend sincerest apologies to our customers for the delays experienced during our start-up phase. The deluge of orders we received resulted in a severe backlog at the pharmacy. To remedy this situation, we have contracted with an additional pharmacy to process orders and now anticipate that all orders will be filled, shipped and delivered by Saturday, December 6th.

We regret that we are unable to respond to individual email messages regarding delays at this time, however, if you have not received your order by the 6th, please contact us immediately.
