Could someone PM me the phone number to Fedexmeds? I needed to ask them a question about my medical records. All I have is 1 page that state my condition but when I faxed it to SWMG they said they could not use it because it was a bill? I have succussfully used it before when a different op in the past,but needed to know if they would except it. My doctor said I could go pick up my records that he had on me, but I don't want to go down there because when I told him the medication he gave me for my endometriois did not work and requested something different. I did not request what I wanted just that I wanted something different he sent me a letter saying he would not be my doctor anymore!!! anyways any help is appreciated.

From reading through their web site, it seems you have to contact them through the site by using the 'contact us' link. I didn't see a phone number listed anywhere, unless someone else out there may have it..?
