Hi All,
I went to get my refill from Legit Drugs.com...and for 90 10/500 they are charging $180.00! I think that is pure extortion! I guess with all of the problems other ops are having, they think they can justify this price? 2 day shipping is free, however, they charge $25.00 for COD...its usually between 8-10.00! Whats up with this place? Any info anyone? Anglwink
I personally have never used Legit, but I have 2 friends who have been using them for many months with great reliability. They are older & aren't "computer savvy" so I've been sorta holding their hands and walking them through this process until they fully understand the procedure, so i've been following this pretty closely. I can't say a whole lot about their prices compared to other places because fortunately I have no need for pain meds right now, but their 10/650s are a few dollars cheaper than the 10/500s and the friends seem to believe that they get much better relief with the 650s. Agreed, the prices are a bit on the horrid side but they do deliver what they promise when they promise. Just don't rely on their website/auto e-mail for completely accurate info regarding refill dates and other such info, because just about every time it's been approaching time for a refill, the website or email will say one thing but upon calling them you get another answer entirely. For example, a couple months ago I got 2 e-mails over the weekend from legit for my friends which said:
Dear ________,
Our Pharmacy could not fill your order.
Our records indicate that you have an open prescription with or without
refills with another website. We tried to process your order but it was
rejected due to the above problem. In order to process your order
further, you will need to do one of the following:
1. We can hold on to your prescriptions until you have exhausted your
prior prescription with the other site, then we can fill ours.
2. We can refund your payment less $35 processing fee.
3. You can call the other web site and cancel the prescription you have on
file with them so that our pharmacy can fill your prescription.
Regards,
LegitDrugs.com
They had no pending prescriptions with any online or brick & mortar doc's office so Legit's emails were wrong on that, so I called my friends on Monday morning to give them the bad news. I basically said, "I don't know what is wrong, but I've received 2 e-mails stating that you can't get your refills..." to which they replied, "Well guess what? The UPS man was here about 20 minutes ago and we already HAVE our meds from Legit." When Legit was called & asked about the e-mails, they claimed they knew nothing about them. Strange, but ever since then they've been working like a fine clock.
HTH...

I ordered some valium from them; they sent it to my old employer. It seems on their re-order form there is no way to change addresses. It was a flipping nightmare. I called first thing the next morning for them to fix the matter; however, it didn't get fixed. It took nearly 3 weeks and $40 in long distance phone calls to get the matter straightened out. The valium was not nearly as expensive as the pain meds, however. They didn't seem to have a clue what was going on. The cs was horrible. I will never use them again, NEVER.
This is what happens when a company tries to go e-commerce without addressing all the possible business and technical needs of such an operation. Sounds like a disastrous place with which to do business.
