Question about Soma new

Can anyone tell me what Soma compares to. I have heard mentioned but I also know nothing about it.

Miltown, now thats a drug name I havent seen in years. Thru my expeience in insistutions and hospitals Miltown was only given for anxiety. Soma and Miltown have similar chemical structures, but are not the same. The indications for use are also not the same. Where Miltown is generally perscibed for short tern anxiety treatment, Soma is perscibed to releieve discomfort related to musculoskeletal disorders. They both surpress the central nervious system. Enogh of the scientific mumbo, I think want you wanted to know was what does it do, or what is it for. In laymen terms Soma is a muscle relaxer, its effects similar to that of Flexeril.
