Anybody receive their 3rd refill from EPHY?

Well I did receive my 2nd refill from EPHY on October 27th after jumping through a lot of hoops. Like everybody else, I had to supply them a local pharmacy # and Dr's name and number.

I'm due for my third and final refill (my bottle does indeed indicate one refill) but I'm really skeptical I'll ever receive it.

Any suggestions?

I used ephy for a while and never recieved 3 refills only 2 were ever rxed. I usually keep up on what is going on with them and never knew they offered 3 refills. You might want to check with them on that.
