directpharmacyrx versus direct-pharmacy-rx

Anybody know what the deal is with these two sites? direct-pharmacy-rx offers hydros, but directpharmacyrx does not. It appears also that direct-pharmacy-rx has minimal requirements. Does anybody know what the deal is with these two sites, and why they have such similar names, but offer different things? Scam??

the first one mentioned looks like a spin of HUGERX which many people if any received their orders + there credit card system is not encrypted..i would stay away unless you want to loose 200 bucks..
