Datamark HRI
      #119218 - 11/29/03 11:35 AM

Does anyone have info on Datamark HRI? I noticed a charge on my cc today and wonder if they are affiliated with 1st meds? I had a consult finally with Dr. DeFrank and faxed my records on the 17th. Should I hold out hope that maybe I wasn't ripped off?

That's also how the charge for AAAMedsWW appears on CCs.

That's right, lovepink. Datamark is legit.

You might call it legit but I call them a ripoff! Yes, 1stmeds does bill through Datamark. I got my first consult and script from them in Sept and my refill was due on Oct31 and they charged me again using Datamark on Oct31 and to this day still no meds. For the first 2 weeks they replied to one email every 3 days when I threatened to reverse the charge. They kept saying it was shipped and I would get it the next day. They told me that 3 times and finally I reversed the charge. Now I am really expecting them to bill me again today as my next refill would have been due. I would not wait long to call your credit card company! Just my opinion.

Does anyone have a working phone number for them? The number listed in the Comprehensive Domestic OP's List is 407-483-0240 and I keep getting a message stating it is not a working number.

Julz:

Thats the CS number at AAAMWW and what I have read lately in the posts, the wait can be extremely long.

I think I will wait to see if Barry answers my PM before trying to call.

Thanks for the information.
