I tried to use 1stmeds.com too and didn't get any response from them other than the reciept for my 130.00 consultation fee.. no consultation after 5 days.. i emailed and requested a credit for the amount they charged my card and why and I recieved a email right away stating I would be refunded to my credit card and wait up to 5 days for the credit to show up on the card. Good luck

Soulsister,
That has to be the coolest thing I've ever seen. I did not KNOW there were so many varieties of pills and so many manufacturers! I notice no one ever mentions "Vintage" brand as a problem - just the Mallies. (I'd have not known anything about any of this, had I not been hanging out here with you guys.) Thanks for the bit of education this morning. Not sure where I'll ever use this new found knowledge, but it's nice to know. Great link. ~ Vic

Thanks so much for the link, that is awesome. I have learned much since being here on DB but prior to that I could have been given a pill and told one thing and not known the difference. I had taken pain meds but just wasn't up on all the different brands, shapes, colors ect.
I had a script filled at Kmart once, this was quite a while ago. ANyway, it was for 10/650. I didn't not open the bag, just put it with the rest of my stuff and went home. The gal from the phamacy called me before I made it home to tell me she gave me the wrong strengh. She had given me white pills and they were 7.5's and not the 10's at the time I would not have known the differnece.

I received my 3rd refill. Meds came from Lakeridge. Refill was due 11/18, arrived 11/24.
Hope this gives some hope to you all. These guys came through for me, although they were late.

TR6- that was an excellent post!
I think it should be reposted on its own in the right forum because it would reassure so many of us here that we are not insane when some of us respond differently to different formulations.
I had no idea before your post how they made these. I figured it was like horseradish sauce-
1 part pure h.s.
3 parts sour cream or ranch dressing
Mix until blended- that's it.
I am making an example that I thought it was that simple.
But when you are comparing a cross-section of people (us)
who are already suffering some stomach damage or sensitivity, then those people will notice in a greater amount than the general population who may receive a one-time bottle for say, a badly sprained ankle.
So your post really helps us to understand how much goes into the making of any med, and it restores my dignity--hey some fabulous face creams give my skin an instant reaction, I'm sure the manufacture didn't set out for that effect.
Everyone wants return business.
I have to admit I was suspicious about the amount of active hydro, but the way my metabolism and absorbion works, now I know it could be processing before the Mallie has time to work, but all the other ingredients have been duly worn away, and worked their irritating reaction.
Or---it could be that someone in the Mallie Mines heard us screaming and said, oops, better try harder....
Whatever the reason, I just want to say again, good job TR6!
