I'm finally ready to order my 1st refill from AAAMWW and noticed some negative feedback on the boards. So I pulled up the site only to notice they're currently shut down(?) and have redirected you to a site that will help so you don't go untreated... but what's hidden in the messages is that, while you've already paid your consult fee and were promised 3 refills w/no shipping, if you want to have your Tx go 'uninterrupted' you're going to have to pay ANOTHER $120 consult?! What what?! Not even honoring existing refills? If this were the first OP I'd had this situation with, I could more readily chalk it up as a learning experience- but it's not... I had the same encounter with eRXonline.com... due for my last refill with them and they'd shut down... so! They get my money for the consult, but I don't get the refills as promised? What the heck are people suppose to do? Continue to suck it up? I feel totally sc#%&ed!! Just lay down $120 every time you need an Rx with the promise that you'll get the refills, but when it's due, nothing?! This is terribly disheartening.

I am in the exact same boat. I got the origional bottle and never even made it to my first refill. I need to make more $$$ to keep this $%@# up.

Yes, row, but if they're shut down, tell me the point of faxing my medical records and then allowing them to charge my card for something they're not permitted to send, the refill I'm due. Seems sorta silly unless I just want to give my money away, huh? And where I come from, it doesn't quite grow on trees- especially this time of year!

awwww, sorry grey. i didn't realize you were stuck at that point. that truly sucks and they really should do something to make it right for you. i'm pretty sure they are honoring 2nd and 3rd refills, even after being "shut down".

You can still fax your records to them and if they are approved they might honor your refill. If you have not already faxed your records, be prepared for a wait. I faxed my records on 11-4 & just got my refill yesterday 11-24.
You can follow the link that was provided by Rowana & check your status or call them. That's what I had to do.

I called the pharmacy about this and they said that the refills will NOT be honored. I was told it is just as if the physcian died.

i will not let them give me ANOTHER consult fee so they can ship me 1 bottle and do the same thing again
