I wanted to place my refill order. I called and the message said they are open 9-6 Didn't say if it was m-f or what. It said if you wanted a refill to email them at yahoo. Does anyone have the exact correct email address to do the refill? Also, has anyone ever done it this way before?
Are they even open on Saturday? Probably not, or they would have answered??? Thanks everyone

I myself have always requested refills via fax with no problems.

I had basically the same question....cant get an answer at the pharmacy. So do you get a confirmation if you fax/email your refill request ?
Also what info do you include , just name and refill # ?

No, I've never gotten a confirmation. I just watch to see when my credit card has been charged then track it on the UPS website using the track by reference number feature. I believe that woodys uses the first initial of your last name plus your zip code as the reference number.
What I do is type up a sheet with my name, address, prescription #/name of med, and my credit card details and fax it over.

Makes me a little nervous but I guess I have no choice since they're not answering the phone. And I would rather fax than email.
BTW: The email they tell you to use for refill is [email protected]...best I can tell, call them and listen to their message first to make sure.
Thanks for your reply.

If you're using the same CC you did for your initial script or prior refills, Woody's has that info on file. If you're not comfortable faxing your CC info, just ask them to charge it to the card on file. I actually call my refills in & just ask them to charge it to the card in their system.

They're not open on Saturday. They are in the process of trying to set up a website you can order your refills through. Until that happens you can either call or send the request by email.
