They say they never had a problem with WU, and that transfers have always come through. However, there is a difference between bringing cash to a location, and sending with a CC over the phone. There may be a CC restriciton that mexrxonline is not aware of. You should have no trouble if you bring cash to a location.
For no particular reason (except that it's cheaper and I hate WU!) I would personlly send to this IOP via moneygram.
They also say that they had a server overload in the past week, and some orders did not get confirmation e mails as usual. If you didn't get a confirmation you should place the order again.
Problem that I had was because of WU dollar limit on CC transfers. Bigger problem was that WU person didn't tell me why they cancelled my transfer. She (WU) was rude and suggested that they were scam artists. That is absolutely untrue. Hope that Dr A complains and cancels his account with WU. He says that soon they will accept credit cards. That's very welcome news. Good luck!
I sent ca$h overnite on Monday and they got money tuesday morning. On Wednesday UPS showed up with an overnight letter. Now that is good service! I will use again.
