Intercostal nerve blocks

Has anyone had success with intercostal nerve blocks? I have had 3 series so far and still no relief. I'm wondering how many are needed?

I have had 3 of them also. The last one made me so sick that I said no more. I don't feel that I got much relief from them at all.

I've had 2. They both made me worse. Gawd, they are awful. I'm supposed to have my 3rd the day before Thanksgiving, but I don't think that I will do it. It increases my pain 10-fold.
