The 10 mg are stronger. On hydrocodone, the first number is the amount of hydrocodone and the second is the amount of tylenol. You want the most hydrocodone and the least tylenol due to the damage tylenol does to your liver. Example 10/650 is 10 mg hydro and 650 tylenol, 10/325 is 10mg hydro and 325 tylenol. 7.5/750 is 7.5 hydro and 750 tylenol.

Vicodin are 7.5/750
Lortab 10/500
Lorcet 10/650
Norco 10/325

Hope this helps.

In my opinion, NORCO IS THE BEST 10mg HYDRO 325mg tylenol(acetamenophin).

Hope that helps!

good choice, especially for the liver, but I will take a UCB 10/500 anyday over a norco. I know, some people say im crazy, but it does two things for me. 1)Norco, gives you the ability to take in lots of that chemical we all love to treat our pain with (hydro) and so little of the Apap that you can really go all out before you have to even worry about liver damage. This has its goods and bads in my opinion... the first is, without the fear of liver damage, who's going to say your not going to be taking 12 a day and still be in the safety zone as far as liver functionality. This is where you can build up a major tolerance to hydro extremely quick. (im not speaking from a medical journal, im speaking from experience)
I just recently switched from norco 10 to lortab 10/500. I am doing this so I can discipline myself and help wean myself down. I know, that I can only take X amount versus what I was taking of the norcos. And when your trying to taper your habit down, norcos dont have the pain releif that a lortab does. Its not a great difference but there is some.
My basic point is, if your on Norco's,,, BE CAREFUL so you dont wind up so hooked that you cant live witout em. And dont assume that your ever too good to get hooked, Especially when you start playing with a 90ct bottle of norcos.
Hope this message helped someone out there,
Take care all,

Thanks, I ordered Norco 10/325 and they do not seem to help like the Hydro 10/500 I get from Buymeds. The Norco's are Watson yellow but I get little pain relief. What about the pharmacy it comes from vs Generic vs Brand Name, and why the hype about Vicoden then?
