I have read about some folks who have had difficulties with Biotran. I've never had any problems with them and most likely it is because I followed his rules exactly. He always answers my emails within 24-48 hrs. I also had the pleasure of talking to him on the phone. He is a very nice person! He was glad to answer any of my questions and I really think that like Tomcat44 said: the world ain't a perfect place.

I've NEVER felt more like myself than I do now...and then...there is tomorrow (if I'm lucky).
As Roller said, I think it is about following the rules. I am very early in doing business with him/them,but really trust the company. I just hope it never turns into one of those situations where people become greedy and nasty (i.e bombardment w/ emails,taking advantage) because it would be a darn shame to see anything happen to this business,for those of us who can follow simple instructions and be greatful.
