Anyone have any idea why I would get a express tracking number from destiny ( for a reship)via USPS and after 6  days it still does not come up as active. I trust that they reshipped, but find it very strange that no package information is available even after 6 days.

remember the package has to get past there local PO first and that takes up the majority of the shipping delay

I dont think their prices are good

neon, i would like to know an update of your status...i had a tracking # given to me on 11/4 & it still hasn't come up. worse, they have a reputation for emailing back w/in 24 hours if not sooner. so to say the least, i'm extremely concerned that i haven't heard ANYTHING in 5 days. i feel like something has happened, but don't have a clue as to what. their website isn't updated either, which is unusual as they're usually riht on top of it. (sept. specials still advertised). it's weird, one day they're there, the next 5 they're not. i thought maybe the tr # was wrong...what have you heard? thanks.

I HAVE REPLIED TO YOUR P.M. TRY YOUR TRACKING NUMBER ON THE FEDEX SITE. THEY GOT MINE TWISTED AROUND AND SAID IT WAS SENT VIA USPS............IT CAME FEDEX. GOOD LUCK TO YOU. I REALLY THINK YOU WILL GET YOU'RE ORDER

dear neon...thanks for the advice; you;re right of course that Fedex is there in Philippines; don't know why none have advertised use of it. i would guess that given the activity in that country, the rules & disclosure are hideously tight...
ok, i feel like a fool here. how do you take an EE ### ### ### PH for USPS & convert it to Fedex? was your original tracking # in the normal USPS form as just noted? i'm hoping that this can be of help to others as well (hence, not pm'd). thank you for your patience w/my ignorance & confusuion.

I just copied the complete number ( included the ee) and pasted it to the fedex site.......and it worked! thats about the total of what i know...strange?

wait! i just remember, i might have taken the number off the fedex package after it arrived!! i was told it was shipped usps and the EE number did not work on the usps site. i did not know it was sent fedex until it arrived on my door. my guess is that if they gave you a tracking # and told you it will come usps, you will get it in a little over a week from fedex..........why oh why is my memory so

I have emailed these guys something like 4 times during the past 2 weeks for their price list and have yet to get a reply. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get a response? I did mention that I was a DB VIP member. Maybe they just don't like me.

 don't worry jordan... they emailed me back in the middle of the night & they are UP & RUNNING again! email server problems apparently. don't take this stuff too personally super woman  it's their business & a customer is a customer right? i bet you'll hear today. keep your head up & smile!!

great! see what i mean? if i'm right, & it's usually questionable, it's like 11:23pm there monday night...so they're puttin' in a little OT i'd say to catch up. well, good luck & i'm glad you heard from them!
