Any recent success with them? I placed an order a few days ago,quite foolishly,since I didn't really investigate as much feedback as I should have. At the last minute,I opted for insurance. I swear,if this company screws with me........
On a seperate note,I have been in touch with 'biotran',and plan to do business with him/his company.....his system seems so quirky that I'm buying into it!
I'm 0 for 2 with Pharmatico about six months apart. Last was maybe August - whenever PayPal quit pharmagroup. Did get refund from Pharmatico's payment processor after waiting about six weeks. Hope you used their "Paypal Clone." Also got a nasty note manager of Pharmatic about be "banned" for doing a charge-back. Like I'd ever use them again

"War on ...." is the wrong metaphor!
My experience...ordered 9/17 (step 1), cc payment approved 9/18 (step 2), ""shipped"" 9/28 (Step 3). Have not received order that was supposed to take 14-16 days. I emailed 10/28 and received this reply:

10/30/2003 - Probably Delayed.
Dear Kathy,
Your order may have been delayed by either the US Postal Service, or US Customs. Please give your order another week to reach you. If it does not arrive, we suggest contacting US Customs to find out wether a parcel to you has been intercepted or not.

And now they have sent me a Halloween promotion HA HA HA . Just so happens the promotions are on two of the exact same products I still haven't received.
I've had 4 previous orders with them - all with no problems at all. 2 with Paypal and 2 since they started accepting CC. Luckily this last was also paid by CC. Ill give them a bit more time, say another week as she asks, and then the chargeback process will start. I had such good service from them before - can't understand why this happens now when I needed/wanted it the most.
My experience with Pharmatico is very similar to Kathy's, and occurred within the same time frame. Order never received. Got exactly the same email when I complained to Customer Service.
