Klonipin and others

I am new to this message board but I have used OPs to order hydro but has anyone ever used them (OP's) for ordering Klonipin? If so, does it work the same as when you order a consult for hydro and then get up to 3 refills? Or is Klonipin something that has less stringent order requirements? Any input is appreciated. Also, has anyone found any OP's that consult for Duragesic or Oxycontin? Im concerned about tolerance and do not want to take too many of one med! Thanks in advance!!!!

Hi and welcome.

I'm fairly certain if you have documentation that states your medical need for an anti-anxiety agent (benzodiazepine), that you could be given a prescription for Klonopin. I've gotten a prescription for Diazepam from the OP I use, but I get 30 per month. There is written documentation in my medical records stating that anxiety is a condition that I've been treated for.

As far as any OP's prescribing for Duragesic (patch) or Oxycontin, there are none. These are schedule II, and the most you will be able to obtain is a schedule III, i.e., hydro.
