Norco's?
      #105904 - 10/07/03 01:23 PM

Hey all,
I used to get meds from buymeds.com up to 2 months ago. I used them because they didnt require medical records or an exam. I understand that this in no longer the case. Can anyone reccomend another OP that does not require records or more importantly, a physical exam? I have records for my DDD, and 2 bulging discs, as well as the tear in L4-L5, but its just a hassle to provide the paperwork and delays me receiveing my meds. Please let me know if there is someone else that I can go thru. Thanks

If you have records I think many people here would reccomend you go with a place like Your Online Doctor (YOD). They are just as fast as the no-records places, and about half the price, when you factor in the consult and the refills. (There are posts in several threads that break down the price-per-pill for Norco 10/500's from different OP's, and the difference is startling!)

The "no records / no hassle" places (like Buymeds used to be) are great, but you pay for the "convenience". Is it really such a drag to fax a couple of pages of records?

Good luck!

No Records
----------

For 90:
http://www.uspharmacyrx.com
http://www.onlinemedications.net
http://www.medpharmrx.com (not norco, but 10/500 instead, the least apap painkiller that they allow 90 of)

For 60:
http://www.medpharmrx.com (or any TropicalRX sister site)
http://www.unityrx.com
http://www.getmedsquick.com
http://www.valueprescribe.com (or any MWS site)

All of the above have their own drawbacks, so read up before you place an order.

Good luck and feel free to PM me if needed. You really are better off faxing your records somewhere because you'll get refills, the same overnight service, and a much cheaper price, but I do understand why we sometimes need these "easier" places.

several of the sites that require documentation (e.g. YOD, EPHY, etc.) will take the MRI report or other documentation showing your conidition with the discs and don't require the detailed doctor notes. You say you have this, so you should be all set.

I had L4-5 surgery 2 years ago and I'm still in pain.
This is failed surgery syndrome. I use 1stMeds.com. They are very good and will ship your first order with the understanding that you will fax records within 23 days. If you do not fax the records, you will not get your refils.
You could tell them that you will fax them records, in 23 days. This way you will get your first shipment, but that might not be a good idea unless you had the intention of seeing a doc to send them the records later because if you didn't fax the records, then you would not get the refils and they probably wouldn't do it again without records. Maybe it's NOT a good idea, unless you only need one months worth.

I am able to use a note from my doctor that indicates what my injury is along with a superbill as records. I have never had a problem using this with YOD, AAAmedsWorldWide, or NWW (I've tried them all and I recomend YOD). Do not tell the doctor the note is for an OP just tell them it is for work or school and they will be happy to write it for you. Make sure you tell the doctor to be specific because your employer needs to verify you have the specific injury you claim you have. Its that simple. If you really have documented chronic pain problems yopu should have no problems aquiring a note
