what if you ordered generic vico(hydro) and wanted to order norco, would that imply the same 90 day rule?

It may work if you request a change order. If you are using a regular vicodin and it's not working well and you need a stronger medicine then you request a new medication and a change order from the pharmacy. Why don't you call them and ask them. They don't even need to know who you are, just ask them a general question about your pain and your concerns.
