Phone constantly busy at aaa/meds123!
      #110923 - 10/28/03 07:39 AM

I have read some of the threads about this site- they are upgrading or something. I am guessing it is not the phone system that is part of the upgrade as it doesn't ring!

The phone is constantly busy - which is unlike them - used to be able to get thru in the past.

What's going on? Are they part of whatever it is that is going on with FL OP's?

The phone isn't just the best part, it's the only part. You can't contact them by email.

Be glad you didn't get past the busy signal. If you did, you'd just run your phone bill up on daytime rates while on eternal hold.

Watch the time limit for a chargeback. I feel it in my gut that this OP is ready to run. If so, the strategy is to keep you strung out with excuses until the chargeback time window has closed. Stay informed and watch the time!

My refill was due to go out on Friday and they charged my credit card. I did not receive my pkg on Saturday, even though I was charged $14 extra for Saturday delivery( Barry credited me for my next shipment since it didn't come Saturday) However, I did receive a tracking # on Saturday, and the meds were shipped Mon, I received early this morning. They are using priority (10:30) delivery now. Script came from Missouri, Watsons all accounted for.
So, all I can say is hang in there and you WILL get your meds.

Card autocharged Saturday 10/25. Meds shipped 10/27, arrived 10/28 with a hole in the UPS Next Day Saver package and 46 out of #90 pills missing. Called pharmacy in Missouri and said they would send missing pills next day air + notified UPS of package tampering. Anyone else have an experience like this?

I've seen this on other pharm boards as well. Rumor from another un-named board is that they are charging your CC and not delivering now ( A Veteran on the other board) stated and even suggested to callthem and pull your CC#. - I don't know?????????? Thank god for backups. Careful..

Sat morning (11-1) I had an email from "noreply" that the doc had tried to call and couldn't reach me and I needed to call him. I knew he didn't call because I have caller ID. So, I called the consult # that was given and get a recording that this # doesn't accept phone calls"...LOL...you gotta laugh! So, then I called the cust svc # and the rep said that the email I received was sent in error, that they are having computer problems and are trying to fix them. She also said that it is a waste of time and money calling them...that the best thing to do is sit back and wait for the doc to call you. She said he is calling patients in alphabetical order! And on Fri. (10-31) he was on the H's. FYI: My last name starts with a “P”.

Well, I did get my call a couple hours later. The doc said I would get my meds Monday (today) but as of now, it says "In Shipping". Ugh...over a week now without my meds and today I am in a lot of pain so I hope they come!
