Hi..from what I understand from Epny...the reason all of these folks are closing down is because the Florida rules are getting very strict...such as the 90 day rule and the fact that dr. D..seems to be the ONLY doc on staff in most of these "no records" places...I also am sick to death of getting these emails from all of these places that are connected to Tropical...it is insane..get um while you can cause the laws are a gonna change and Geb in on the war path...thanks to his daughter and now Rush...JMHO..Boo

Good I'm glad their getting tougher.. I hope all "no records" places stop completely. I'm sorry to those people that don't have medical records, but it's actually pretty easy to get a walk-in clinic or someone of that effect, to look at you for a very low cost, then do a small medical records write up. I don't think anyone can say "I don't have enough money to go into a clinic" when your spending $$$$ on OP's. I do however hope this isn't the end for all OP's, because then we would all be out.

I agree, the "no records" OP's are what got the media so highly involved. It makes it too easy for kids to get ahold of meds they want to use recreationally. I hope it hasn't ruined the whole thing. Keep your fingers crossed!!

Yeah, it's only for the no-records OP's and frankly I'd rather have some remaining service than zero remaining service.
With all due respect, this doesn't have a DING DONG thing to do with Noelle Bush, George Bush, Rush Limbaugh or the Illuminati It DOES have everything to do with the 40 billion dosage unit increase in 18 months being sent across state lines.

I do wonder if the requirements will change for the records requesting OPs too. That little sentence that says an emergency rx is acceptable when a face to face visit isn't possible concerns me.
How can you continually have "emergency" scrips, month after month?
Just an observation.

Very good question. Kind of leaves a loophole open IMO, hard telling where the bar will be set though.
You know, I had one hell of a profound moment last night as I was reading through tons of posts....... I thought to myself ever so wisely: "You know, if doctors would prescribe the medicine our conditions warrant, these many problems would just go away"! Then I realized, wait, that's why we're here in the first place. I've come full circle

You had mentioned that we should not complain about going into a DR. to pay to get a report, well I use all my money and then soemgoing to dr.s with no avail all the want to di is injections and that is not a good thing either ,just a put off tactic,so you see if you go to DR's and you are like people in my shoes it is very hard to go to a dr. that will giv you the right info on the form to send in, and thenyou cant afford to by themeds on the net...so if you can afford one or the other I want the meds and CA DR's do not give them out at all...thanks for your input that was my 2 cents...thanks

I know what you mean. I went to my doctor to get an updated diagnosis on my condition-(x-rays-still waiting for a copy of the written report-they don't want to give it out for "free") received 4 prescriptions-no narcotics but some "controlled substances" and of course the usual vioxx which my insurance won't cover-nor will they cover the spendy migraine meds.....I wonder how much this visit will cost me???????? Just wanted to be current so I'd be in compliance with the new OP rules.........hate to see the bill but I'd love to see a copy of the x-ray report!!!!!

And you have every right to get that report...you just have to pay...in my state each page cost money...that would be a sin for me due to I have had two different problems that I can't seem to get the help I need for...I hate to say it but if the government have there way they will do away with any online OP althgether...JMHO...
