I hope this shows some people who have been posting so negativly about RECORDS lately how important it is for these OP's to follow the law~
Good point. Any reputable OP will be engaged in meticulous record keeping.
The problem with the OPs are the advertisements guaranteeing an X number of refills based on on consultation, when they know full well that there is no guarantee of any refill to anyone. Called deceptive business practices. If internet pharmacies get the boot, I can promise you it won't be the few good ones who cause the downfall....it'll be the many bad ones.
Failing to insist that OPs live up to their business claims only hastens that decline. Getting rid of the bad ones, or doing what you can to force those who make bogus claims do honest business, helps us all in the long run.

It's not deceptive, you're taking it WAY too literally. The reason OP's state the number of refills is so patients can make cost-effective decisions, NOT to deceive you and bait you. I've been made many guarantees in my life, and they don't always come true, you just have to factor some of this stuff in after clearly seeing how this environment works. This isn't Walgreens, things will fluctuate! I've been burned also, you just have to move on, you really have no other choice anyway.

Yes, move on.
" I wasn't angry, just to the point that it had become more trouble to proceed than to just hang up. I politely asked to be struck from the records and hung up."
20 negative posts, not angry? one Pm to Barry could have solved the problem. Your records definitly sound like they should suffice but in the light of LE raiding their Dr. can you blame them for the extra precaution? For all they know YOU or anyone could be LE trying to get evidence. Kicking someone when their down dosent "help us all in the long run". Especially for an OP that for years has been grade A. Im sure the few bucks they made off one or two people who in the last two weeks had to be turned down was the whole reason they ran a special.

I said I wasn't angry with the customer service rep, not that I wasn't angry. But, I've gotten more angry as I've gone along.
And I did PM Barry, his response got me nowhere.
Their caution is their business, not mine. I'm interested in their obligations to me when I accepted their advertisement and paid my money. If they can't ante up with me according to the terms of their ad that suckered me, they could at least refund me. Even the refund has been refused.
Neither do I care about their record, except for their feedback which leads to my first order. After that, I only care only about how well they meet their obligations to me.
What would it matter if I was LE? The business is supposed to be above board. If you think it isn't, then your admitting they're a pack of crooks to begin with.
I'm not kicking the OP while they are down. They have been doing the kicking.....in my ribs.

Gotcha! I'm looking at my bottle of Clarinex for the number of refills. I must remember that those refills are not important, they are only there to allow me make cost effective decisions. To think otherwise would prove me guilty of taking things too literally.
And yes, when I get burned, just bend over and grab my ankles before moving on. I have no other recourse in the first place, so I may as well enjoy it.
Thanks for the advice. I feel much better already.

Well, I'm done trying to help you, and I'm not alone. It was a greater than statement, not a lone literal purpose. Remember, you're not the only ailing person here. Have a great evening.

No. That's wrong. Although it is not necessarily deceptive, it is not good medicine and is per se legally suspect.
How can everyone for every condition get the same guarantee? It belies the very fabric of Dr-patient interaction and individual case evaluation.
