I am a new user, but I thought this was worth passing on since numerous people are having problems with this OP. My sister has been a member of this board for a while and she keeps me posted. I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but, the trouble aaamedsworldwide and apparently Meds 123 since they are not affiliated is due to a visit from the DEA. I know this because when the DEA came in to aaamedsworldwide and apparently seized records, they also suspended Dr. D's license. (According to Barry, they decided to suspend affiliation with him because of his affiliation with so many OPs - looks like he didn't have a choice). I spoke with one of his PA's. This is alarming to me and I worry what kind of repercussions this will have on me. For those of you who have had refills sent - what pharmacy did it come from? - the one in Missouri?? Apparently Datamark and TDI are not fulfilling for aaamedsworldwide. I thought it was kind of interesting that on 10/16 and 10/17 he blamed Verizon for their phone problems and internet connection. A website is not going to go down just because they lost their internet connection. (give us a little more credit, please). I agree with Buey's post on 10/17 that just because their phones went down doesn't mean they should not get refills out, unless of course they have bigger problems. (Maybe that is why no one can get through on the phones) I wonder how aaamedsworldwide is continuing?!?!?! Does anyone know what doctor they are using now? It would be nice if Barry would be honest with us. I know he has attempted to help, but it looks like things are totally out of control there with all the negative posts. Has anyone successfully had a refill trasnferred from TDI?

my refill was due 10/28 cc charged at 305 am rerouted to pharm at 200 pm order in shipping at 800 recieved tracking @ meds will be here today no problems from mo Im sure barry is really trying but all ops are under a lot of pressure from the government this is probably ending, The irony on all this press is how about all the people these ops have really helped who have lost there insurance and made there choice based on economics and other legitimate factors. Not to make this political but next time people might want to vote to maintain freedoms that have systamaticaly been taken from us just a thought

Hi Steve,
I have a question for you, did they automatically fill your refill & charge your cc? I have a refill due on 10-31 and am wondering if I am going to get that automatically or do I have to do something? The email addy they have on file is my work one, do they send you an email to remind you of the refill & link you to fill it? I have been home all week & not had access to my work email and I have not been able to get anyone on the phone @ AAA this morning (Busy signal) Just wondering. Thanks.

Not to sound like a jerk
but my friend herd from his friend who spoke to his neighbors brothers cousin that the world as we know is going to sh*t.
There's a reason why hearsay is not immiscible in court. Whenever someone tells a story, things are left out, facts get skewed and the punch lines to jokes are forgotten.
Doesnt the state physician bored have to suspend a doctor? Doesnt the Dr. get a hearing? I know the DEA has powers but dont you think they'd shut the OP dont first, they would be the easier target.
And seizing records your medical records are still protected. I'm sure they could seize business records but come on why would they want a copy of my MRI?
Everyone has to realize that the sky is not falling, and youre not breaking any laws by using an OP. Its not against the law to get your meds in the mail if it was then my ins company wouldnt be solicitation me to order my Rx directly from them.

Thank you for creating more hysterics!
I rec'd my meds yesterday (28th) and Barry also answered everyone of my PM's (4). I was courteous and to the point in my messages. I rec'd the same response from Barry. I have no reason to believe that things are bad other than hearsay from JThomp. Btw, my friend rec'd his meds also last week. If you do a search, you can find who the pharmacy is but, I'm sure that 100's of phonecalls will not help the situation either just slow it down more. I apologize to others for not listing the pharmacy.

The state medical board work directly with the DEA, and I am sure this doctor will get a hearing. I sincerely hope Dr. D will get his hearing. In actuality, all federal laws supercede any state law. The DEA also works directly with the State Board of Medicine. I got this information from one of Dr.D's PA's. Believe me, I would not have posted this if I thought any of this information was inaccurate - why would one of Dr.D's PA's tell me this?

Thank you Dukey for the calming post.
I think all of these rumors and such are spinning out of control because of all the negative news in the media right now - let's not let our imaginations run wild and let rumors get us all stirred up. All of these posts are stressing me out!!!

FYI,
Drs. are issued a license by the DEA to prescribed controlled meds. The DEA can and will suspend this license if they have probable cause. This does not mean the Dr.'s license to practice medicine is pulled, but that he is unable to prescribe certain meds. I had a pain doctor that had her DEA license suspended temporarily (she never did give an explanation) and had to have her partners write scripts for all pain meds. I do not have any info on Dr. D., but this is a plausible explanation.

Isn't it the state of Illinois that wants to get their own GOVERNMENT workers scripts from Canada to save money? Lol Good point you have.

You're absolutely right about our Gov. wanting to get state workers scripts from Canada. I hope it goes through as this will probably make it easier on everyone from here on out.

My refill date was yesterday(28th) and I had wondered if the auto charge, etc. would continue to be SOP. It was just as before, card auto charged, sent to the pharmacy and shipped tonight for delivery tomorrow the 30th. They sent me notification and tracking number and when I checked the courier, it was halfway to the hub! If the Dea is taking over aaa, as long as they send our refills it works for me!! They also sent the 5 day pre-refill date notice advising you to call for changes needed. The CALLING part is the worst as I'm sure you noticed.

Call me lucky or whatever, but my first refill came through without a hitch!
Got e-mail that my refill was due 10/28
I call and make sure that CC# and shipping address are correct and they were
PMd Barry twice to make sure I get VIP discount and the 3 refill secial, he answered my PM within a day's time, usually the following day. He assures me I will get an IC(internal credit) and YES, I am eligable for the 3 refill special! Hats off to Barry! Also again call CS to get things straight, they are.
On 10/28 CS sends me an e-mail to let me know it has shipped and I get the working tracking #...
I get my package on 10/30! Consists of 90, 10/650 Hydrocodone - and 90, 1 mg Xanax all there!
Good luck to you all! I really hope that you get your meds!

You will get your meds...eventually. A few people I know had to wait a week for meds... But what about the medical records seized? Will we al get visits from the DEA?
