are they a US OP? and what do thye reguire for med forms pm if you could..thnaks..or ahy us op that is fast reliable and will come throught, will do consult but donot have med forms available right now..can you help...thanks

these guys are an IOP.

Looks like most US OP's are requiring records. All you need to do is go to the ER or walkin and they send you home with one.
