Can someone please tell me how long between refills with Woody's. I have used them for a while & think YOD & Woodys are the best. I have never had to "ask" for a refill in advance, and just made it my business to get a refill in 30 days. My next one was due the 24th (5/24 this Saturday) and suddenly my med bottle is missing in action. I always keep a few pills in my purse, but tonight when I went to refill what was in my purse, the bottle is no where to be found. I happen to be having a pain filled evening & now no meds. Anyone out there PLEASE let me know if YOD/Woodys gives you refills before 30 days. I have read here some places do refills in 25 days. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Woody will fill and ship on the 26th day after you last received, just give the pharmacy a buzz tomorrow ASAP, they're going to be getting busy for the Memorial day rush, there's a new notice on the homepage i noticed tonight. HTH. J

Hi Sonic! What were your prescribed from them? Can you tell me what their prices are on 10/325 #90 and 10/500 #90 or whatever you paid? I tried to call them today and got a fax machine. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, LK

Thank you so much for making me feel better. I worked myself into a total panic, in fear of being miserable and in pain for a few days but you were right. They came through (as you said 26 days) meds arrived today. I have never had to cut it so close to my refill date so I had no idea on time frame. I suspect what happed to my last few meds and I think I have a butt to kick! Thanks for the info and the comforting news!

litlkel-they write for #100 not #90. Sorry to dissapoint. NWW writes for #90 if you want to try them 
YOD is $98.16 for #100 10/325 PRIORITY overnite The 10/500's are even cheaper. 
I've never used them but a good freind does, and this is where I get my info. She thinks they are the top's!

eelrm, thanks for the feedback! I actually had my consult and can't believe how fairly priced they are. Took two days to get the package but I guess the pharmacy is busy right now. It was worth the wait!!!

For real, when asked how many needed each day my ave. is 3 sometimes 4 and the Dr. said I can offer 120 is that ok, as I start to slip off my stool. Also ,hey E my post is true but my wording, hope you know I am kidding with you

The 120 count is fairly new with YOD. She told us on the VIP board,umm..maybe 2 weeks ago? Y'all dont know what your missing on the VIP board.Come on over.

My med bottle was filled,6-2-02 also my re-fill paperwork says 6-2-02,So when would my re-fill date be? The 25th or 26th.

I called Woodys for my refill on Wednesday (6/4) around 11:00 am. My card was charged that same day. Because of the expense, I asked for the $19 two day delivery. Since I live in NY can I expect that two day delivery means that I will receive today on Friday (6/6/) or that it takes two full days and I wont receive until Monday. Thanks in advance for anyone who can respond to this.

I believe Kathy posted to give the pharmacy time to fill your script and that they get quite busy.
In a perfect world, Friday would be correct.
However if the pharmacy is busy...and doesn't get to it until Thursday, you may indeed be looking at Monday. Then again if UPS has time you'd still receive on Fri. It depends on how full the truck is with 2 day delivery. They delivery by priority.
I hate weekends too sometimes.

Is there a way to track to see if Woodys sent my package? With United its easy. I forget where I read but I thought someone had figured out how to track packages from WOodys.

Well I called the pharmacy early that day Wednesday and they billed my cc card. I thought they do not bill your cc card until it is actually shipped out even though the amount due wont be posted on my account until 6/9 (debit) card.

And try the first letter of your last name in cap + your five digit zipcode at the UPS site under reference number in the tracking section.
Mine did not show up there but was at my door the next a.m.
UPS does not seem to update in real time.

Ditto, I've been having less success with tracking reference numbers lately, I think it's probably because they're so busy. 99.999% of the time, you can calculate best case scenario when dealing with Woody. I'm pretty sure I read somewhere or heard from Kathy directly that tracking numbers are going to be emailed to all in the near future, not sure what the status on that is though, so don't hold me or her to that.

I emailed them my refill number and requested overnight. They will send out my first refill it sounds like on the 26th day correct? Should I be expecting some type of reply email or will I just get the tracking number sent to me when it actually goes out? Kelly

I am now responding to a thread I started! I have never received a tracking number via E-mail but meds have ALWAYS come when promised. You have no worries with YOD & Woody's. I will post this in the feedback forum, but for the sake of making all feel better in this thread I had the day from hell. Step mom in hospital with a blood clot in her brain) (shes 47). My car broke down, Got stuck working a 12 hours shift (I am a cook in the south) and the AC broke, anyway to top my day off & due to the stress, I have needed my meds a little more then usual. I was due for a consdult with YOD so I wrote them last night but my printer was dead, Kathy wrote me and said we could do forms over the phone. She was kind enough to fit me into todays schedule. Well as promised they called me but It was to say my husbands debit card was denied. Now I am panicking as I made a 300.00 cash deposit the day before. They tried to run the card again with again it being denied. I had to call and pester Cathy AGAIN, could I send western Union, she says no problem. The problem was I was still trying to use the same bank account. Now I am hysterical, I cant figure out a way to get these folks money. So I annoyed Kathy yet again & she said a money order with a tracking number faxed to her would send my script to the pharmacy. What better service could I possibly have asked for? YOD was totally compassionate to my situation & willing to help me find a way to make this work. Never mind, their kindness listening to me ramble about my miserable day. In the long run the bank screwed up and did not give me credit for a cash deposit when they should have, but Kathy & Libby were OUTSTANDING. Don't worry about a lack of a tracking number, if those ladies say they will take care of it they will. Hats off to you YOD, Kathy & Libby & much appreciation. You folks are the best out there!!!!

Does anyone have experience with 22 day scripts. I just had my script written for 22 days, refills can be ordered at day 18 after original fill.

With a 22 day supply you can indeed order at day 18. So, if your bottle has a date of May 1st then you would start counting 18 days starting with May 2nd. Unless you're one of the lucky ones that lives near them, I believe it is 20 days then.
I used to have the 22 day supply but, they changed it to 30 days which I have no prob with

Does Woody's just know that it is for 22 days, as there is nothing about the number of days on my bottle.

There won't be anything about number of days on your bottle. The days supply is determined on how it was prescribed.
So, if yours sez "Take one pill every 4-6 hours then you have a 22 day supply. BUT, if it sez take 3 per day, then it is a 30 day supply

Mine says to take one every 4-6 hours. The Dr. said that it was a 22 day supply, but it just didn't say, so I wasn't sure.

Just verifying what you guys already know Yeah, 100 tabs @ one q4-6 is a 22 day,so you can call Woodys at day 18 for a refill. Ok,just passin' thru...

THANK YOU!!! For the first time this refill, I didn't get the UPS email with tracking number. So I called UPS and asked if they could give me any info without a tracking #, and of course they said no. Then I come straight to DB and do a search, read your post, and it worked like a charm.
I wonder why UPS customer service guys don't know this trick?
