On Oct. 2, I began to fill out the order form. When I got to the check out, I DID NOT click on the checkout (and received no confirmation that I ever did), and I never completed an order. They then sent me an e-mail saying to call Dr. Dominique the next day for a consultation. I emailed them and said I did not want the consultation. They (David) sent an e-mail back and said no problem, my card would be refunded. I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THEM SINCE AND MY CARD HAS NOT BEEN CREDITED! They respond to none of my e-mails or requests since they charged my card! I cannot get through to anyone in customer service either. Stay away! And 1stmeds and AAAmedsworldwide are the SAME people!!!! Today, I'm taking a copy of their e-mail that says they REFUNDED my card to the bank. I'm filing a formal complaint. I'm telling everyone here to be careful, and I'm going to contact the Florida Board of Pharmacy, the DEA, whomever I have to so I can get my MONEY back!!!!!!!
Sincerely, Lisa

Why don't you just do a chargeback on your cc?

I don't know what that is. I'm goping to the bank today who issued the card, and show them my e-mail from 1stmeds customer service from David, that says they credited my card, but I should not have to be bothered to do this. They weren't supposed to charge it in the 1st place, then when they did they said they would remove it, and they never did. Nor will they reply to any of my e-mails! They should refund my card directly!
By the way, at first they were really nice. Remember I wrote that my consultation was set up with Dr. Dominique? I never called because I didn't want it. But then the P.A. (Mike) called me. I told him the same story. He was really nice and said no problem. After I got the e-mail from David saying they would refund my card, I sent 2 e-mails saying how nice Mike the PA was, and how I was impressed how quick there customer service response times were. They immediately (David again) sent an e-mail back saying thank you for the kind words. BUT, when I started sending e-mails about where my money was....NOTHING!NADA!

They did the same to me... I just accepted the loss, and sure as anything they won't respond to my e-mails either.

Don't accept the loss! David just e-mailed me and said he previously refunded the card. He did not! I JUST called my band, and there have been no credits! Call your bank or your credit card company. Tell them what happened. Then file complaints. After the bank I'm notifying every agency I can think of (i.e. the Florida Board of Pharmacy, etc.) I will also press any fraud charges since I NEVER EVEN CHECKED OUT and I HAVE EMAILS saying I HAVE BEEN CREDITED!
They will keep your money if you let them.
STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE! SEE I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE THEY HAVE DONE THIS TO!

Sometimes it takes up to TEN working days to refund a card. I know that as I run an online website and refunds can take a long time to show up on your card, it all depends on what merchant account company you use.
Good luck,

Okay. Thanks for that information. I wish someone from 1stmeds would heve responded to one of my previous e-mails to tell me something like that. I will go to the bank, see what they say. If they say the same thing, I guess I'll wait my 10 business days.
Sincerely, Lisa

i try to only post on subjects i know.I know there is no way possible to speak to a live person. There are ops that are soooooooooo close to perfect in all aspects. but everyone is not that lucky. sometimes problems do occur. when that happens, I personally feel if I have given you $1 or $500 for your services, the absolute least that I expect is a live person to speak to. Now, If your real lucky, they will sound sympathetic and go to the end of the world to correct it, even though they ran over the kids dog this morning, and had a flat, and when they arrived at work all nice and muddy, the BIG bosses were there, they will still say they are very sorry about the mistake and they will fix it as soon as possible and call you back with a tracking number(wow!K! thanks..) or you can send an e-mail and wait.................and wait.................and wait......................any more ????????????????????????
sadam is easier to find than help at 1stmeds.

lisacreature-
I would not call the DEA and complain about this OP. I know you think you got ripped off, but calling the DEA would bring a lot of unwanted atttention to all OPs, and good one's like Barry's. And besides, I don't think the DEA could actually do anythng about getting a refund on your credit card. I would wait just a few more days to see if they credit your card. I have never used them, but I am sure they are a very busy company, and they will get your cc refund issued as soon as they can. And like the other poster said, sometimes it does take a few days to issue refunds. Awhile ago I used to work in a retail store and it REALLY did take a few days, sometimes up to 2 weeks to get a refund issued. They have to make sure the money is in the account that your cc funds were deposited to. A lot of companies transfer money out of their deposit accounts and transfer them to other accounts to pay bills, taxes, etc. I am not trying to give you excuses, I just wanted to let you know what I know from having to deal with cc refunds before. That's the accountant coming out in me!

I have to agree with KBlues. We are all sympathetic to your situation, it's a bummer. I've been there and know the frustration and keep in mind if you used a debit card that comes straight out of your bank account it could take even longer. Best of luck.

If it was a Mastercard Debit Card it can take THIRTY DAYS. Also, be sure it is not just an authorization -vs- a charge. Ask your bank to clarify.

Most odd, why then does "David" at 1stmeds.com send reminder notices for refills on behalf of meds123 and AAAMWW??
David must be an awfully foolish competitor.

the david address is the default POC for a joint system, likely a bulk mailer frontend on a shared database. They can be autonomous companies but share resources, not uncommon.

sent me a refill notice on behalf of meds123/AAAMWW, then told me he had nothing to do with either company go figure. I asked for an explantion of how that could be and got this from Kim at 1stmeds:
Hello, the web designer has set the reply email address to the wrong site.
I have emailed and emailed him to get this changed. We do not have the
system to check your orders. We are nothing to do with meds123.
Thankyou
Kim

you would think Barry would have done something by now, but truth be told aaameds/1st/meds123 are not a greatly run OP. Last time I dealt weith them it was flawless but CS and help was some of the worst I ever seen, they have done this in the past as ''norcodirect''/datamark and it was next to hell to get your meds..I really hope everybody having problems gets thier meds in a timely manner with all the competition out there you would think that the ''aaa empire'' would have some stance in the industry but face facts it looks like they are getting worse by the minute...
when i needed barry he was NO help to me which only serves the fact that money is driving the OP not customer statisfaction..This is the only OP where you sit on hold for 50 minutes and find nothing out...G/L to everybody hang in there this happened to me a long itme ago when they were called something else and it was a huge hassle..safe to say to not use any of the 3 OP's that have connection to datamark......
