They ripped em off

Hey all,

One of my neighbors asked me where they could get Ultram since they know I use an OP.

I read around on here and found one. Well, she ordered using COD before the time they write as the cutoff time. Well, it never made it past doctor apprroved and didn't go out.

So, instead of giving it another day like I told her, she wanted too cancel. Well, she called last nigt, and this morn she told me she tried, no answer, and she e-mailed, it would throw up a error messege.

What should she do?? It is COD so, I told her just turn it away but, I found out she has it going to the hub. I am baffled
