Clearly the praise for this outfit is out of date. I paid for a consult over three weeks ago and they never got back to me. I emailed them repeatedly and finally they told me they'd call me for consult. They didn't. I finally got through to customer service after a two-hour hold time, and the guy told me their doctor quit and they're trying to hire a new one.

www.1stmeds.com is basically a scam operation at this point. They take your money and don't provice any service or meds.
