Now my order status says "In Shipping". Does that mean it will be shipped out today? Has anyone recieved their meds without getting a tracking # first?

Also, I called National Scripts and was told to call AAAMedsWW customer service line; the pharmacy would give me no information. I have been trying all day but only getting a busy signal.

Like everyone else, I am stuck waiting. I understand that "things" happen, but I wish we could talk to a live person about our particular order. I'm not even sure what pharmacy my rx is at.

Barry, what do I have to do to get my records approved so I can get my refill that is looooong overdue now that Dr D is no longer there and he was my dr? I have spent a fortune in calls just to be put on hold and never talk to anyone. If I need to fax the third set again please let me know. I sent them on 10-16-03. I need some help please. Thank you.

Barry,
Please PM me and let me know what is going on. I have been rationing my meds since Tuesday. My CC was charged Tuesday and STILL NO MEDS! Yesterday my status said "IN SHIPPING" today it says "AWAITING REFILL"?!

I need to know when I can expect my meds, otherwise I will be forced to do business with another OP.

I think we are all being fed a line of Best if kept off the board...my refill was due on the 27th...but it said I need another consult so I called...and called...and FINALLY got through today after being on hold for 30 minutes (pretty good compared to the hours I spent on the phone yesterday). Anyways, the lady that answered acted like I was crazy when I said I was calling for the consult - she put me on hold then came back and said the doc would be calling me shorty...NOT!

I also PM'd Barry yesterday...he answered me today...he is now claiming that the doc had to go out of town.

So...which is it??? Maybe we all need to beware!
