They asked for my records so I went by the doc's office and they said they would fax them. They are a few days over a year old, do any of you think that will be a problem ?
I hope not cause I dont have insurance currently so I dont want to do a visit just to fill out a form.
Also they have two fax numbers so I gave them both. I hope they both work.
Not sure Force. Going through the same thing. May go to a doc in the box for a $100. Tell them you are there for whatever pain and then they will take your vitals. Probably give you a script too. Then get a copy as you head out the door. I don't think it has to be a complete physical. I could have used a Norco for that rearend thing.
They were so good at NWW before all this hit the fan. Whay can't they base out of another state? Their phrmacy is in Pennsylvania? Best to you on your endeavor.

just to be on the safe side, I'd make sure you have records NO more than a year old. OP's have to cover there butt, ya know. I had the same problem with another OP and they wouldn't approve them. Fortunately, I retrieved records from last July and faxed those. Worked like a charm. I know all this seems like a pain but, if they don't do this they will be out of business and we will be in pain.
ps - surely you can find some clinic for less than a $100!
I have heard of people faxing in records a little over a year old and the ops rejecting them so I would get some current records (if possible) as well. Although, with only a couple of days, you may not have to worry too much... Hope this helps...
I posted this question on the wrong forum so I am reposting on this one. I am trying to get records together but I would like to go ahead and order a consult from NWW. Are they asking for records before the first refill or do you still have time to get them together after the initial consult. Thanks for any help in advance.
