Howdy folks -
need a little help. My last PM from Barry said I should be receiving my meds tuesday. Question is, from who and how can I track them? I heard Clinical Solutions is one OP. Who else are they using right now? Any links or phone numbers?
I have to admit this has become pretty frustrating. I'm trying to stay positive & keep hoping things will turn out for the better. Along with many of y'all, I can't afford to go to another OP just yet. My CC has been chg'd & I wanna believe my meds will arrive before I leave for vacation this Friday.
I appreciate any help!

Hi Mostro,
Barry has promised next day delivery for over a week now. My last PM from him said that the Pharmacy had printed and filled all scripts that they had through last Friday and that my meds were either shipped Friday (NOT) or will ship today. I've not rec'd any tracking info yet so I ain't holdin my breath. He also mentioned that if the meds don't show by Weds., he would glady refund my money. I just don't get it. I asked for my order to be cancelled last week and was told that it was too late cause it had appeared to have been filled already. Something smells fishy to me. I'll let you all know if I ever received my meds.
Stay as pain free as possible until they honor our refills.

Awww.. I know it's rough, but give it a chance, kids. Barry is a good man and is always there to help out when in a bind. I know saying give it some time bites to hear, but hang in there and good luck I'm sure he'll come through as he's said he would

Your script will either come from National Scripts (like mine did) or Lakeridge. You cannot call either of them, they will hang up and tell you to call aaamww, so don't waste your time, seriously- no matter how good your story is.
I had not received any tracking information until AFTER I received my package from UPS (that's who they both use).
I believe they were using TDI in the beginning, but they stopped that?
Good luck, I was very pissed off about all this, I didn't expect it to come for a while, but they pleasantly surprised me.
Edit: A few people PM'd me to ask how long it took to get it or if I got on time; I certainly didn't get it on time, it took just over a week from the order until I got the meds.

I HAVE BEEN VERY PATIENT! My refill was due 9-25!!! I've faxed "legitimate and recent" records 4 times now and still can't get any answers, replies or help! I'm beginning to think I paid an awful expensive price for a ONE TIME script that PROMISED 3 refills. If they wanted "specifics" on the records why didn't they say so during my consult?? because I "specifically" ask the dr and was told he wanted the diagnosis and to see I had been prescribed the meds before...THAT'S IT!!!! I'm getting very upset!

Yep, it's the old bait and switch marketing ploy. You are promised X number of refills for whatever month's "special" you take, then meds123/AAAMWW waits till your refill date to find some way to reject those refills you signed up for.
Who ever heard of a prescription written with X number of refills, where the intial filling is honored, and the subsequent advertised refills are not?
The doctor makes a windfall profit on a two-minute phone consultation, meds123/AAAMWW makes a killing on the meds shipment...if you get them. After that, you can forget it. There's no more consult money due the doctor or the OP. so the customer refills are worth fooling with.
The reason you are not told up front what the "requirements" are, is to keep the ambush in working order. Too much information given the customer would make it hard on the OP to pull the sham off. Another part of the snow job is to not allow any other method of contact other than a long distance, daytime rate, perpetually busy telephone number. If you do get through, you find out there are "problems" no one bothered to tell you about, that you should have known about from the start. Or, you get bogus promises/informaton. There is no email, and even the "Modify Shipping Information" and "Modify Billing Information" clickable links tell you the "function has been disabled" when you use them.
Why would a reputable company that knows it phone system is wholly inadequate, refuse to use email, which the cheapest, fastest and most efficient way of doing business? This is an "online" business folks!
Has anyone at all received anything in the past two weeks from these OP's? It looks like the bag of excuses never empties.

Something is VERY FISHY in denmark! 
I just checked my bank acct online today and I have been charged TWICE by Datamark/St.Cloud for a refill that was ordered last Tuesday and I STILL DON'T HAVE!
My checkcard was charged on Tuesday and then again today!!!! AND I STILL DON'T HAVE A TRACKING # OR MY MEDS!!!
This is not cool in my book. I have tried to be very patient but this is just ridiculous!
I am going to PM Barry and try to get this straightened out. I can't afford to call and wait on hold for 45 minutes to talk to CS.
I'd recommed that everyone else who is waiting for their refill to double check their cc and make sure they haven't been doubly charged for LONG overdue refills.

Sorry tourchick. I feel lucky in that even though I got stiffed, I don't have any outstanding money tied up in limbo.
Do a chargeback before the time runs out. I think this OP is getting ready to run; it's following the well worn path of providing good service at first, then moving on to causing nothing but problems. The next logical step is to disappear.

I will give Barry time to try and clear this up. The 2nd charge that is showing today actually still says "pending" so hopefully Barry will be able to get it removed with no problem.
Unfortunately, like a dummy, I didn't use my prepaid cc and instead used my check card. This OP has always been so reliable in the past, I never had any doubts...
I'll keep everyone posted. I sure hope Barry can clear this up for me. I'm trying to maintain a positive attitude about it all and be patient, but it's starting to get tough...
oh and I still don't have a tracking # and my order status has said "In shipping" since LAST Wednesday!

U R Right. In the past, they always have been very very good. They
usually would have a 24 hour turnaround.
BUt now - I tried to call all day - busy. Then when Idid get thru it said they were closed it was before 5:00pm EST. AND the general mailbox is full - so cant even leave a message.
Barry ( I hear his name referred here as the owner) needs to step to the plate and take a place on the forum here and let us know what is going on! It seems like it is a witch hunt in FL for OP's.
Think it has anything to do with Jeb Bush's daughter being a junkie?

Received today early AM. Card was charged Friday, meds shipped yesterday Mon, here today Tue. It was a refill. Hang in there all, and PM Barry for help.

Give Barry a chance!!!! I think the more he gets bombarded with PMs the longer it will take!!!! Hang in there!!! It's awful to be without meds, I know!!! We need to be kind to our OPs while we still have them!!!! It's a risky business they're in and I'm sure nobody is happy about what's going on-Barry included!!! And no, I don't know him but AAAMEDS has had alot of good feedback in the past-my husband is going to do his next consult with them and I think they'll have everything straightened out ASAP! About double charges-one could be for the consult and one for the meds??? Maybe??? I PM'd Barry about consult info and your records do need to be recent. That's probably the case with any of the more legitimate OPs and they're the ones who are going to be around the longest!!!!

Wow. How in the heck did you get your meds so fast. I am still waiting for mine. My cc was charged on the 18th!!! I would PM Barry again but apparently he has decided to ignore my requests for either a definate shipping date or a refund. I can't seem to get either one from these guys. Patience is a virtue, but at this point I think I have been duped.

Oreo it's perfectly OK to PM Barry for help-it normally works.He wants to help, beleive it or not, but he can't help if he doesn't know there's a problem! Sometimes PM'ing him is just the ticket to fix your order. But not on the first day of your transaction, obviously.
But make sure you give him your order # guys and don't yell at him-that won't accomplish anything.

Hey guys, this is a risky business that they are in, but VERY PROFITABLE. Do you honestly think these guys are doing what they do out of the goodness of their hearts? Come on now, if any chain store were to treat their customers like this, they would be out of business in a heart beat. These guys stay open because they know that WE NEED THEM, they do not need us. There are plenty of CP sufferers out there to fill their pockets. I am sick and tired of everyone feeling sorry for poor Barry, what about having a little sympathy for everyone who has been in pain for the past day, week or month due to Barry's "problems". Boo Hoo, I'll bet he's crying all the way to the bank.

Just to let you all know I finally recieved a tracking # for my last refill from AAA. And it works. Refill was due last Monday the 20th. After PMing Barry numerous times. I finally deceided that I'll get them when I get them. It was a pretty crappy nine days. But I had faith. I knew they would come through in the end. Just tough it out everyone. Yours are on the way !!!!!!!
Hope this puts some of your minds at rest.
I know I've been pouring over DB the last week for any glimmer of hope
