I ahve been trying to get ahold of these people via email for like 3 days now and no one will reply, but anyways, does anyone know if this is just a lost cause and just call them, or are they usually pretty good about email.....thanks

call them asap 704-799-6697 now during the dqy better in the AM...hope this helps they are slow with emails....email them but call and see if you get them..good luck...this is not an IOP PLONT...know what your talking about before you open the pie hole
