I have disabilatating headaches. The migranes meds don't help. Doc sent me for a head scan and nothing showed up. These headaches are so bad I can't even sleep, which seems to make things worse and more headaches. Doc seems scared to prescribe anything. I get these headaches about 2 times per week. How can I get some decent pain meds? I can not afford a fortune for some of these on-line consultations. I had some tylenold with 8 mg of codiene I picked up in Canada some time ago and they helped a little and were cheap, but I ran out.

You might want to try another doctor if you have insurance before you look for help from a op. I would think you would want a diagnosis before ordering meds online. You could have a serious problem that needs to be diagnosed by a specialist that treats you in person. Just my opinion.

Travis2226: You can go to http://www.pharmacyonline.com.au and order Nurofen Plus, it has 12 mg codeine and the prices are great and delivery for me has always arrived within 10 days. Make sure you order the Nurofen Plus not the Nurofen. Cost is approximately 23.05 for 96 tablets.

Scissorhands, have you noticed any changes recently in receiving packages? Does it take longer? Any seizures? New markings on the package? Anything?

Antique: I was first receiving in 8 days but have noticed it is taking about 10-14 lately...I'm 6 for 6 so far. Some pkgs will have the green sticker and some won't...Mental image of board members? I'm a dummy, you may have to link me...thanks

Just a thought. When you start a post that says "how can I get meds for legit needs" it makes me wonder what you think the rest of us are here for. There are some great ops out there that will help you with this. I too have the headache problem and had to use op's for the same reason. I used NWW and they have been excellent. I don't think there are many people here at all who use these sites for anything other than "legit" needs. I hope this helps.

Well put, 14stones. I think it's in the Guideliines, that this board is for discussion on legally obtaining prescription medication online, and that recreational discussion will not be tolerated.
That pretty much restricts us to "legit" needs.
And travis22226, there's a current thread on tylenol 3 where I just posted some sites where I have ordered tylenol 3 during the last 6 months. Take a look. RIGHT HERE.

I think you are right sonic. I just would love it if when a new user here comes to the site (which when we all first started coming here was the biggest godsend for our health needs of all time) that they would actually take a minute (over the three day waiting to post period) to read what the board is about and then think about what type of help they are looking for and then do a simple search. I did and it not only made things easier for me but saved me a ton of time rather than waiting for others to answer my questions on what to do, I was already getting the help I needed and on my way to feeling better.

I guess I'm in the minority here, I'm not really offended by the question, maybe it's because I eventually had to turn to OPs for the same reason. With one post, if he's legit, a first timer to a site called drugbuyers would have to have doubts that everyone here is indeed seeking meds for legit reasons. Let's face it, though this site is not for those purposes, there are folks here who do want to get high and have no real pain issues. Enough of that. Back to the topic. If a small amount of codeine has helped even a bit I would suspect chronic tension headaches.
These can be caused by holding your shoulders in a tense position, grinding teeth, or just stress. Codeine helps to relax these things and that may help the pain more than the pain relief of the codeine. As far as ruling out migraine, about the best way is to ask for a sample from your GP for Imitrex. That should be easy, it's not a painkiller and not addictive. If it works, you have migraines, forget OPs, migraine meds are way too expensive and easy to get from your regular doc anyway. If it does not work, my personal favorite is Fioricet #3. It does wonders for headaches. Why not ask your doc for just 10 pills, he should do that many - though he may skip the codeine (Fioricet vs Fioricet #3). If it works and your doc is stingy with them, then go online get a consult, fax your MRI or CAT scan records and request 60 Fioricet #3. One word of warning Norco is a much stronger painkiller and about half the price, but for headaches, for some reason Fioricet #3 or Fiorinal #3 really cannot be beat. Good luck - (headaches since 7 years old here)
