Beating the 25 Day Clock

Anyone know what are two good OPs to get hydro from that don't share records so one can get around the 90 day clock?

Unfortunatly the sites that require minimal information to process an order are getting fewer every day. Your best bet is to go with a reputable company that requires records.. Then you wouldn't have to wait 90 days.
