My recent USPharmacyRx experience
      #110731 - 10/27/03 02:37 PM

Hi everyone...with all the changes in the OP's lately I thought I would post my recent experience with USPharmacyRx.
I have previously used TropicalRx twice for generic Norco's 10/325 60 count. But with the new 90 day waiting period, even for only 60 pills, I had to find a new OP. So after much reading I braved USPharmacy. I ordered the evening of 10/20. 90 generic Norco's 10/325 for $159 then paid an extra $10 for 2nd day deliverly. My cc was approved 10/21 then pended shipping for several days. It arrived in my city 10/24 and sat there, the Fedex site said it was due to be delivered on 10/27. I wasn't desparate so I waited. It came promptly today10/27. 90 watson's 10/325. I guess I was luckly! They used Dr R Lynch and TDI Pharmacy in Crafton PA. Hope this helps someone.

I actually got a phone call through today on the first try. My order was shipped last week and then the fed ex track # said "returned to shipper". Well, now I know why they do that. The package was leaking! fed ex sent it back not knowing if it was hazardous or not. The pharmacy must toss the bottle in a bag and ships it , how stupid, of course it will leak. Anyway, they are reshipping and I have a new track #. So far so good.

Hi I order on the 22nd, got a tracking number that never worked and still does not....I talked to a live person today who said the order was going out today and check the tracking number at 5 est. well i did and nothing of course. I even asked if it would still be under the same fedex number and she said yes. I didn't receive a new one anyway. I just don't know what to think, maybe it was shipped under a different number and they just did not send it to me. Has anyone else been told this story today and what were your results.

I ordered on the 20th and was approved. I was sent a tracvking number and it has not worked for 5 days now. I have tried countless times to talk to a live person, but have not succeded. I am starting to get pissed.

I'm sorry to hear of everyone's troubles. I too have been
to "you know where and back" with this OP beginning weeks ago. I first could not get my order to go through, after repeated attempts of entering all of my info(including the lengthy medical history), because it would always indicate my cart was empty at check out time. I even had the OP rep.(Carol) put my order in for me but she even had the same problem, I then faxed over my medical questionaire, etc. to them (per her request) but never a response or consult. Since then I have been playing phone tag(mostly me calling repeatedly leaving messages for Carol- because you are unable to ever get anyone on the phone- she did return a call a whole week after leaving her multiple messages but I just happened to be not by the phone and right afterwards I called back(as per her message) but you guessed it, another voice mailbox with no response back yet. I can understand your frustration and I feel it too. It doesn't seem to concern the OP's that we chronic pain sufferer's go through agony when we are unable to get our meds which are expected by us as per the OP's own standards/obligations.
Stay as pain free as possible(which is very hard with the way some of the OP's conduct business these days.) Good Luck to all! Any advice anyone could offer would be appreciated as well.
