I placed my second order with them on the Sep 22nd. I received my first order from them in fifteen days. I have not as yet received a shipping confirmation email from them. Is this unusual?

Hi you will never get a confirmation on shipping as they don't send one. A week after you ordered e-mail them and ask "ship date". You will get and answer shortly. Don't forget to paste your order into the e-mail to make it easier for them. Sunny

I placed an order with them 10/2 and it was shipped 10/14, but so far i've received nothing. it has taken longer in the past so i'm not worried about this in particular. but i have two other orders from different OPs that are taking very long as well. i'm a little worried in general and every day the carrier comes without ANYTHING it makes me feel worse. just wondering if anyone out there has orders that are taking a little longer to arrive? Thanks!
