Has anyone ever been charged $40 for overnight shipping FedEx by NWW? Consult was yesterday before 2pm, asked if I wanted overnight ship, said yes, email received with total of meds listed and shipping cost of $40.00!! I did not request the early a.m. overnight delivery just the regular 10:30am overnight delivery. I just emailed them but wanted to ask my fellow DB's if this has ever happened before. Thanks!!

It is a new policy. If you use them again be sure to use their regular shipping. It usually gets there just as fast.

Just to let you know that the 10:30am is the am delivery option and it costs $40, regular overnight with delivery by 4:30 is $28 and two day delivery is $18. And Saturday is I someting like $52 (but don't quote that one I'm not positive).

Order the $18, 2 day. It comes overnight anyway. My boyfriend has done this every time he's ordered. Two consults, two refills, $18, overnight each and every time.
Save your cash!

I emailed Angela about this and she said this is not a new policy. Anyway, per the FedEx website this pkg should have cost $21.60 to ship to me. NWW is making money off the shipping charges! I will take your suggestion and use the 2 day @ $18 since I do have 2 refills left. After that, I am done with them because I just received my med records and I think I will be checking out what YOD has to offer.

when i choose 2 day shipping I always get it next day.
its just not guaranteed before a certain time like 11 am or 3 pm but the fedex guy usually shows up around the same time every day
