How on earth were you able to get through on phone lines? Well, my thought is maybe they are just saying computers are down in order to get people off the phones immediately. I wonder if they are in some sort of hot water due to Dr. D. So far, so bad. Wendy

Ok Guys,
NOW I AM WORRIED!!!! I just checked status on my order and it says script was returned by pharmacy. Makes me think that maybe these guys (Meds123 & AAAWW) are in trouble. I don't understand why the heck they are stringing us along. Next thing we'll know they'll be closing shop like ERX and GetMedsQuick. So sucky, why couldn't I have been a lucky one to get my meds and then not re-up with them. Feelin real bad today, like so many others in the same boat. Wendy

OH MY GOD!!! Now they have removed the "Script returned by Pharmacy" completely from my order history. Obviously, they don't want that info being sent out to other customers. I am so ticked I could spit! Barry, get your (better to keep off board)together and fess up. Why do you wait til days end to reply to PM's? My opinion is that it is too late to do anything at that time and we end up waiting ANOTHER day. Gosh I wish this would just get cleared up. Wendy

Wendy, have you stopped to think that your posts are somewhat hysterical to a degree and that you are probably just going to incite people. You might not care but I just got my meds from this place Monday from a new pharm and I bet they are overloaded and can't see straight from all the people contacting, PM'ing and leaving overboard posts on message boards.

I'm not making excuses for this place but of all the OP's, this is the only one that has ever exhibited the type of service not common in OP's today.

Do what you want but you're not helping the situation at all and are probably making things worse and that will not help anybody.

Hey Mr. B.
I apologize to you and everyone that I may have offended, however, I was just trying to get an answer to the questions of the week "Where are my meds?" I too have always thought of this company as first-rate, but became worried when stories of Dr. D. started surfacing. I have already PM'd Barry with my sincere apologies. You, along with a handful of people are the only ones who have received their meds. I am sure if you were waiting without getting an answer to your inquiries, would be worried also. Again, I appreciate your point of view and really appreciate the fact that you received meds this week. It gives hope to the rest of us. BTW most of the info that appeared on my order status has now disappeared and it is once again showing "In Shipping". Oh, Mr. B had you received a tracking number prior to receiving your meds??
Thanks for your input and I'll keep my hysterics to myself LOL, Wendy

Ok, here's my full support for AAAMeds. They are still a great OP. From my two PM's with Barry there are several problems that combined to cause all the delays.

Delay 1: the phone lines were down. Phone lines = DSL, that means phone and computer both out of service for like a day and a half.

Delay two: lost Dr. D.

Delay three: lost Datamark, the pharmacy. (had to get new doctor and pharmacy as a result)

Delay four: and most important! Because of first three and sheer volume of customers, Barry is working his butt off playing catchup and fielding new orders.

Gentle hint - constant PM's and phone calls do nothing but slow the process down. Let the poor man do his job.

He is still making contact and will get everyone their meds as soon as he can.

The only bad thing that I can see is no more factory sealed bottles of 100 from Datamark

Everyone have faith. You won't be disappointed.

I probably missed a post somewhere along the way, but why are they losing Datamark as their pharmacy?

And what is the new pharmacy?

One more thing, Carlygh, do all of these changes apply to AAAMeds and Meds123?

Here are some answers I got from the VIP board:

Datamark is no longer their pharm because it was associated with Dr. D

They are using several pharmacies to catch up, and some of those pharmacies are unable to ship to certain states, hence some scripts are re-routed

On the aaamedsworldwide website they declare they are no longer accepting any new consults until Oct.27th. Obviously, they are trying to get serious about getting the situation under control. Apparently, they are trying to get together 1000's of scripts. But personally, I don't think they going under, rather just trying to get organized after some setbacks. They are doing everything according to the law, so there is no reason to think they're going under. I know how frustrating is is when medications don't work out the way they are supposed to, but I really think it will all eventually work out. From what I can tell on the boards Barry does try to get everything sorted, and I think he will come through again.

Take Care

Hey Wendy:

Yes, I did get a tracking # and it actually worked. I know it's easy for me to say be patient but I also know that this is a great OP that happens be going through some serious problems and I really believe that they will.

Good Luck,

MrB

Antique-
Yes, the changes apply to Meds123 and AAAMedsWorldwide. They are the same company, both owned by the wonderful Barry.

I'm not trying to be hysterical here and I know Barry is doing his best to get things straightened out for all of us....but. My cc has been charged since Tuesday and I have been rationing my meds since then as well.

I realize they have had some troubles of recent, but I have not been able to get through to their customer service line nor have I had a response to my PM.

I am doing my best to maintain a postive attitude and trying to stay hopeful, but it will be a long weekend for many of us here.

I'd also like to say that this OP has always been top-notch so I'm sure as this whole mess gets cleared up things will get back to normal and I will continue to use them.

Take care everyone,
Tourchick

I received the whole refill is ready e-mail from David at 1st meds even though I am patient of meds123:

"Your prescription refill will be due on October 28, 2003.

If you need to make any changes to your account or cancel your refill, please
contact customer service. You may contact customer service by calling
863-419-1503 Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm eastern time..."

I called like 10 times and finally got through and am on hold right now, have been on hold since 9 a.m. Central time. Anybody know if they are open yet? Think it says Eastern time, but not sure.

Will keep all updated should I be lucky enough to get through to CS...thankfully, I am at work and have access to free long distance calls with my job.

Don't hold your breath. My order status has changed so many times over the past few days and still hasn't shipped. I finally just cancelled and went elsewhere.

Well, called em back and got thru again...took awhile but I did verify my CC# and it was correct and I also RE-verified my shipping address is still correct and all, and it was...

Dunno...I STILL have hope that it WILL be here when it should. Call me an optimist. Course, I am not in a desperate way either, so I can afford to be patient.

I can understand getting upset when your meds are low or non-existent and you are waiting in pain and agony...been there too many times to count.
