I don't think USPharm is ever going to ship my order. I'm really suffering. Really, really suffering. My regular doc has disappeared to Idaho and is unreachable. I don't want to go to the ER. Does anyone know of a place I can order today and get delivery on Saturday? Please pm me if you can help. I'm beside myself right now.

I'm sure your probably having problems with them not answering their 888 number and not replying to emails and voicemails - that is how they do business. "The customer is always wrong and needs us more than we need him/her."
try calling them directly at any of these numbers:
305-412-3250
305-412-3251
305-412-4174
If option 1 for customer service takes you to voicemail, dial again and try option 3 for sandy the cs manager, leave him a desperate voicemail since he tries to help if he can, redial and try option 5 for beverly in the HR/finance dept who goes out of her way to help and makes sure you get to talk to a CS rep if she can't help.
Hope this helps get you in touch with a human there who can speed up your order or resolve your problem.

I have left messages at both extensions. Thank you so much. I'd pay anything, probably do anything right now if the pain would just go away. I hate to sound so desperate. It's so undignified. Thanks again.

I had a billing problem and called the 888 number and then pressed 233, 234, and/or 235 (at various times). 234 is Carol. These are real people's extensions so they might call you back if they don't answer. But I think the problem is the new law in FL...I called Pharmacy Plus today since getmedsquick closed and I had an order due from them to be shipped on 11/1 by Pharmacy Plus. They said they are no longer shipping any Internet orders due to a new law. So it looks like USPharm is part of that, and will credit orders as opposed to shipping them. I think it is over for them, as it is for erx and getmedsquick, unless they start in with the portamedic and that stuff to get around it. P

If your really feeling bad, then maybe your best option is to visit an ER for one day. Sometimes it's the only way to help and it wouldn't be smart to let your (pain problem) escallate. If your in pain from no meds, then that's a different story.. you may want to just try to tough it out for a few days- Imodium,Vitamins,Food,and a friend with you. Also you can try Ultram if it's avaliable to you. I'm not a doctor so this is just my opinion. Be safe....
unityrx doesn't have Saturday,but seems to be good.
