NWW no longer sending refill notices?

Every time I have been due for a refill at NWW, they have sent me a refill notice at exactly 06:00 20 days after the previous one was filled. This did not happen this time, in fact I go on the website and though it tells me I am due on 10/25 for a refill (25 days after my last fill) there is no way to go ahead and schedule payment like the old refill reminders would.
Anyone know if there's a change in how it works there?

Hi, You will get the email. But also on the day your refill notice is do at about 6:00 log on to their sight, bringup your info and it will tell you that you have a refill due at this time. Click on the link and take it from there. There still providing wonderful service it's just that I think they may need to get a little more aquainted with their new websight. Hope this helps-

they are fixing their new server, the glitches should be fixed as of late..
