If you have your records here are a few good ones, in no specific order:
Midland MC
Ephy
Your Online Doctor
FedEx Meds
Norcoworldwide
Just to name a few. Do your homework on each OP and best of luck!

The problem with recommending any particular OP is that the situation seems to change overnight with many of them.
Personally, in the last few months (but not at the same time of course!) I have had pretty good experiences with both Uspharmacyrx and NWW. Prompt consults and fast delivery. But both of these places have caused many people sleepless nights and days and weeks without meds and actual $$$ with overbilling problems, etc.
There are several places I am itching to try, including Ephy, based on what I have read here. By the time I need to do another consult in a month or two, hopefully they will still be getting the good feedback they are getting now.

Agreed Taterboy. I just had the one problem with NWW, and they did rectify the situation and have been extremely helpful ever since. USPharmacy, on the other hand, wow - I've been following that thread and way too many people having problems. Ephy sounds fantastic as does Midland MC. As you say - it's an ever changing atmosphere tho.....

I agree but they are EXTREMELY strict about records...for my refill I sent in 4 pages of very recent detailed reports from my neurologist that listed my dx, meds I've been on, mri & blood test results, etc. I do have very legit conditions - lumbar radiculapathy, migraines, Lyme Disease, & hypothyroidism, all documented. AAA declined to approve the refill based on those records . I ended up sending another several pages from an unrelated ER visit from last Nov & was told that they'll approve it "just this one time".
This is only advice based on my personal experience but if one is thinking of consulting with AAAMedsWW or Meds123, email or fax them with your records FIRST to see if they're acceptable.
Take care.

I have to say, just based on my own personal observation. NWW is the cream of the crop as far as I'm concerned. After trying various ops out, these are definately the people I'll be sticking with. Just schedule your consult, fax your records, they give you a call. Tell them what you want, they do send pain and anxiety scripts together, and within an hour or so you get a tracking number and the next day(depending on the shipping method you choose) your medication is in your hands. I love love love these guys, they've never let me down. Do your own research on the board also to pick an op, but IMHO theyare tops!!!!!!!!!

If price is not a factor, then aaamedsworldwide is for you. I can't afford them anymore, however, they have caring doctors and staff.

How do the records-based OPs mentioned above compare on price? (without "specials", etc.). I'm switching over not only for reliability, but for BETTER PRICES.
For example, who is cheapest all-in for:
- consult
- #90 generic norco 10/325
- shipping
On order 1 and then on orders two and three (assuming refills when the consult is no longer required)?
How about generic Xanax, who offers that med the cheapest in addition to the Norco? I want to find one stop shopping.
I heard good things about EPHY. ($45 consult, about $75 for generic Norco?, ?? for generic xanax, and ?? for cheapest shipping), then 2 refills w/o consult fee.
Is EPHY one of the cheapest ones of the "realiable, records-based OPs" for Norco and Xanax? Anyone cheaper?

Ephy is probably going to be your cheapest because their $45 consult fee is hard to beat. It's kind of hard to figure - because there are several OP's running October specials for 3 refills right now. Best of luck on whoever you decide to go with.

That IS quite a good price! Anyone know which pharmacy they use, and how much 90 Norco run (and if they prescribe
alprazolam or valium with pain meds when warranted for the condition?) Thanks

YOD is pretty good, right now the $80.00 consult price and 3 refills is hard to beat. Oh yea, they are reliable and won't rip you off. Just my experience.

They use Tampa Bay.
Yes they will prescribe benzos
90# Norco = $78
Consult = $45
Shipping next day before 11 is $35
Shipping next day before 3 pm $25
Shipping 2nd day $15
Total for me $148 (I choose afternoon delivery and time taken from start to finish was less than 24hours)
Some people complain about the lack of communication between CS and no price list posted on the web site but just follow there emailed instructions and once you participate in the process you'll realize how much sense there business procedure makes.
They should last along time.

MedsNationWide. Even tho I had some problems with my first order, Marilyn straightened everything out. I had ordered something that is uncommon, and well you can read my exp. on the personal exp. thread. If you want to check it out, call and ask for Marilyn. The consult is $95, $85 for VIP, just use the code. Meds are pretty reasonable. I will try them again. They do seem to care about their customers.

I've heard the price on Xanax with Ephy is not that great. You might want to give Norcoworldwide a try. Their prices on Norco and Xanax are both good but their consult fee is $120 - $110 if you're a VIP. Best of luck.

Does anyone have prices for 1mg and 2mg generic Xanax (#60 2mg and #90 or #120 1mg)?
If you don't have a quote, what is considered a "good price" and what is considered "expensive" for Xanax from records based pharmacies?

I would try taking a look at XanaxUSA.com for prices that do not require records.
