Hot dog!!! After almost 2 weeks, I see where my script has been re-routed to another OP. Pretty frustrating but, I understand how things can get fouled up. I understand we live in a microwave world and want everything NOW but, we're human and things happen. I appreciate Barry's dogged determination to fix things.
that's good to know! my refill is scheduled to be filled in the next few days and i have been getting worried with all these posts. i still am, considering i dont have enough meds to cover a long delay...
fingers crossed that the mess will be sorted out soon.
Don't get your hopes up yet. Mine was rerouted on Tues and as of today hasn't been filled. Customer service (for whom I waited on hold for 45 minutes) said I should receive it on Friday.
Here's to hoping for all of us.
They've been such a reliable op in the past with nice customer service and automatic refills. I hope they get it together, especially if Barry is as nice as you all say.
Barry is awesome! and he is doing his best to get everything straightend out.
He is trying to get meds to people as quickly as possible. My next consult isn't until 11/2, but Barry promptly answered the questions that I had to reassure me that he is working to fix things and AAAMedsWorldwide is not going anywhere.
Because we've all become so used to the overnight, automatic refills, any glitch in the system is causing panic, which is understandable, considering what's going on in other areas of the OP world.
I, for one, trust that Barry will have things running smoothly again very soon, and he still has me as a loyal customer.
I don't want to upset anyone who's waiting for their meds, I know that can be frustrating and painful, but the fact that Barry is keeping in contact with us through posts on the boards and PM's should show that he's sincere and not going down the tubes.
Great... So there's problems with AAAMWW now? You'd think with all that extra money they make off their generic meds, something could be done to remedy the situation rather quickly.
