Ok, ive been looking for this info for 30 min. My wife is due for her last refill and the site says none are available but to contact them if this is incorrect. Does anyone know what the deal is on this?

believe none of what you read and half of what you see, thier ''network'' has been down for a few days, meaning nobody is getting emails and the ones that are have wrong information, i filled today (early) and its in the air as we speak casue they sent me a tracknig number, i do very little by email, I come across much better on the phone and it makes you feel like its gonig smoothly, if you want the number, call me if you have it already then you better use it,,,,,g/l need help PM me i know just about everything you need to know about NWW............

Do you have your bottle? This is always the best way to know if you have a refill and if it shows one or more, then you have the proof in the pudding if you will.
NWW is a good OP and should take care of the problem.

Is NWW stilll sending the refill emails w/ the link like they used to b4 they made their new websight?

Yes, my friend received a link for her refill and I just received an email a new consult for me is due. I was thinking about trying out another OP that is running a great special...but I hate to "fix something that isn't broken" so I'll stick with NWW....maybe I'll get 3 refills like Flip did

I am really happy with NWW too. The only wish I have now is a tracking number-they usually send one after the receipt, which they were nice enough to send me, so should I just hope?

You should get a tracking # - if you don't get one soon I would email Angela, she's fast in responding. Don't worry toots, they'll come through - they always do.

they have been having ''glitches'' since they switched servers for the new site, one of whixh is emails,tracking, blah blah...
I contacted angie @NWW and asked her for the tracknig number and thts how i got mine but it was adressed as how i would normall see it, meaning she did not manually email it to me, it was the ''your medication has been shipped'' so if yuo do not have one not to worry there still working this out and will be fixed as soon as possible.......

I've got a question to, I already got my first refill from NWW and the bottle still reads 2. Does that mean I could still get two refills instead of one, or do you think it was just a typo, or a glitch in the system that could actually get me one extra refill? Has this happened to anyone before?? It would be really cool if I could 3 refills instead of 2. Well why wouldn't it be?? Oh well, I know I'll probably just be able to get the one, I'm not usually that lucky.

Okay, my first and second set of consults I got 2 refills so did not even check last month when I got my meds but am now out so was looking and guess what? The bottle says no refills! I sent a email asking what in the heck was going on today but have not yet heard back. Will let you know what happens when I hear back from them. I was really upset becuase I have been so pleased with them up yo now

I can't seem to get a response from NWW for a new consultation. I've used them before & been very impressed with them. I can't sign on to my account on the new website, no response to e-mail, and the fax doesn't go through. Anyone else having problems? Are they out of commission now? Should I switch to another OP?

I decided to give this OP a try but I didnt get a screen asking what pharmacy Id like to use. Did I do something wrong ? I thought I had read that you get to choose one of three pharmacies with this OP.

I believe they use St. Peter's Apothecary exclusively, now. I've been using NWW since June and have never had a choice of pharmacies.

Does anyone know if they are doing the 90 refil thing? OI was on thier site and it says that my next refil will be ready in 1899! Just curious.

No, I believe StPeter's is still 23 or 25 days.
I think the 90 day rule only applies to OP's that aren't requiring medical records.
And 1899?!? Strange!
