Hi,
I am looking for a new OP and am considering YOD. My question is about medical records and what they accept. On the website it says they only accept "superbills" in conjunction with records. What is a super bill? When I called my doctor to request medical records they sent me the last appointment which included an x-ray report detailing my condition. I don't have a super bill....just records. Is this good enough?

Also, who does Woddy's use? UPS or Fed-ex? Is it standard delivery or is it by 10:30?

ups and Woody's will ship how you want it 2nd day,next day,next day by 10:30, Saturday. Just let them know what you want. They are very cool.

I have a new ? about YOD. This morning I had my first consult.On time and IT went well. How do I track my order? It was sent 2day UPS.

UPS website via reference number, first letter of your last name and zip code, if your last name was Jones, it would be J12345. I hope this helps.

I have not received any type of refence number yet. Does anybody know how long befor I receive tracking number. My consult was today at 8:30 PST?

Your reference number is the first letter of your last name and your zip code. Go to UPS tracking and click on Track by Reference Number and fill in all known info and you should get your tracking number and tracking information.

I think that Adavis is saying that the "track by reference number" is not working. It has never worked for me. First initial of my last name in CAPS with my zip (Z12345) has never worked for me.

It is a pain in the butt. But once you screw around with the UPS site I am able to track my order.

Tracking by reference number is honestly easy guys. You just have to put in all the info that you know; ref #, zip code, and country. If you put in all this info it always works. I guess practice makes perfect.

Ellis, when I have tried the reference number, it never works. I have tried every combination from whole last name in caps and zip (SMITH12345) to first letter of my last name and zip (S12345), to adding the +four zip. Nada. Does this mean that they never shipped?

You have to narrow the tracking dates to the day it was shipped and 2 days from there. Think about how many companies use a similiar reference number. If you dont change the range, you wont find it.

GOOD POINT!
I will have to try that next time I ever need to find something from ANY company that claims they use last letter and zip, etc
Thanks for the tip, i do wonder if that is the problem since so many people claim it works and the same amount claim it doesn't!

That is fine, because what they are saying is that they really do not ant the superbill, not unless you have the other records that went with it at the time of the visit.

On my first script the referance number trick worked just fine but now I cant get it to work at all. I gave woodys my email address yesterday to make sure they could send me a tracking # but still no #. My refill date is actually for the 21 but their site says you can get it 4 days early?

On my first order Woody's sent me a tracking number plus the reference number through UPS, apparently automatically. I haven't experienced tracking a re-order yet.
REGARDING THE YOD REFILL POLICY:
The "Next Refill" date Woody's puts on the bottle reflects the 4 day early refill. You don't get another 4 days on top of this. Here is the text from YOD on their refill policy, which is consistent with the Next Refill date on my bottle:

YOD REFILL POLICY
Due to shipping time fluctuation, refills may now be shipped 4 days prior to your refill due date. The exception to this is: If you are picking up your refill in person at Woody's, your medication will be available 2 days prior to the due date. For all others: If you were given a 30 day supply, you may request your refill at 26 days, or, if you were given a 22 day supply you can request you refill on day 18. When calculating your refill due date, you begin counting the day AFTER the prescription was filled. For example: If your prescription was filled on March 31st, your first day for counting would be April 1.
There are no exceptions to this refill policy. Please plan accordingly if you are going out of town, you can have your refill shipped to the location you are going. UPS ships all over the United States. If you are leaving the country, it will be at the pharmacy's discretion with an itinerary for an early refill.
Youronlinedoctors' Physician will not OK an early refill. You must go through the pharmacy for this request if leaving the country.

Hope that helps clear things up. Basically they process the refill after 26 days on a 30 day order and if you call Woody's early in the morning and get overnight shipping you should get your refill on day 27.
