I cannot login!(to VIP)2 days now..I am using the correct info..I cannot get DB.com to answer my emails..can someone tell me what to do or notify DB for me? Please?!!..I am stranded in Cyber-space! If my subscription has run out..I want to know...I have NO record myself...HELP PLEASE!!! I am NOT cyber-savvy.need a go-between..Please...UGA??...Sonick?? HELP!!!

hi. you can try sending DB a message through the 'Links'
section. just explain you couldn't reach them through
regular channels. they responded to my link submittal
in a day or so just a few weeks back. also mabey send an-e-mail to your e-mail addy you use for DB, just so you know
you are still able to receive mail. let me know if you need me to do something more specific. i will help if possible.

They answer my (infrequent) e mails fairly promptly, usually the same day. But we all take a day or two off once in a while.
Everybody seems to have problems logging on periodically, and the problem is usually solved pretty easily. Maybe your membership period rolled over and your billing info got scrambled. Did you change credit cards since you signed up for VIP?
Also there have been several really nutty phases where nothing worked for hours, during the past six months, which i think have been attributed to growing pains.
Did you send DB a PM from the freeboard side? Or an e mail at or ? Give that a shot. Hope this helps.
