I had my consultation with AAAMWW on sat. the 12th and my meds were finally shipped out on tuesday. Well what do ya know, I track my package until it says its out for delivery....but it never shows. Call UPS and find out that its not on the truck or any of the trucks in their station. They said the only reason it scanned out for del. and such was because they scan the bins of packages and not the individual package itself. They told me that my medicine could be in Louisville or even where it says it was shipped from. They will not longer keep in contact with me only the shipper once a trace has begun. Here it is, I have cancelled a trip, still have no medicine, and am down the drain almost 300$. I've tried to call TDI (The pharmacy it was shipped from) but cannot get ahold of them. I just hate sitting here, ill and broke. Also knowing that if they ever do find my package, UPS is never going to call me about it...only the shipper. I hope AAAMWW would at least be kind enough to contact me if they find it. Also, what if they don't? Do I get a replacement? I am just a wreck right now and needed some advice from the more experienced ones here. Would appreciate anything.
PS- This is also my first post, very new to the boards but have a family member who told me about DB.

Do a search on a guy named Barry(send him a pm with the details).He is somehow affiliated with them.He has helped lots of people on this board just when they were ready to give up.If you never rec'd your meds and can prove it(via ups) then yes you should get a replacement.Good luck and keep us posted...

Nope, I am still out of the money and with no medication. I have been told all I can do is wait and that no replacement will be sent out by AAA until the original prescription is found or declared lost by UPS. I still have to wait 5 more days until the trace should be complete. This has been horrible....

The last scan was on the 15th for out for delivery and nothing else, everyday it is rescheduled for delivery for the date. Nothing updated since the 15th..

That seems so unfair to me...did the op say that it is not legal for the pharmacy to replace? It seems like it should be...what if you went to pick up at a pharmacy and it wasn't there - they would have to replace it. You ordered and never got it. I would think they would make an exception, replace it, and recall the missing one. I'm very surprised they couldn't or wouldn't do this. Good luck. Pinkie
