Don't they require records now and/or a recent physical? If so, you would think there orders would go down and they would be better able to handle the reduced demand.

I only used them once and had to do a chargeback after weeks of delays and busy signals.

It looks like you don't need records if you are an existing customer and it is for a refill.
Their CS stinks but the worst I ever had was a few days late and they always credited my shipping so I will use them again if this order comes through ok.
