Local news on a great doc that is being investigated for fraud prescriptions. This is hear say but they said he would leave signed scripts for nurses to fill out while he was doing hospital rounds for patients.

due to time constraints and insurance Best if kept off the board MD's and patients have to put up with - I dont think this an unusual practice by MD's.
The scripts are usually right with the chart. Unless it is an unscrupulous nurse doing the scripts - I dont think the doctor is doing any thing wrong. JMHO
Well after being a very good doc in the community for many years, he does not have a pratice any longer. None of his script refills that were already at pharmacies are not being filled. His patients are being refered to a doc in the same facility that refuses to write any pain med scripts, except for maybe ultram. So there was something the investagaters thought was a serious problem enough to go to all that trouble. He is not allowed to pratice any longer( don't know about his lisence) Thats all I KNOW FOR A FACT
